Vue at Lake Eola Condominium, Orlando

Fulcrum’s services as Developer Manager for the 35 story luxury condominium tower were secured in July, 2004. Our Services include complete Pre-Construction, Bidding / Negotiation, and Construction Phase management of the 860,000SF project.

This $110MM mixed-use project represents the finest in turn-key luxury condominium construction in downtown Orlando. The extensive street-level retail spaces provided the balance of the live-work formula to maximize developer program efficiencies and City requirements for downtown permitting.

The architecture firm of Forum Studio uniquely shaped the glass tower to maximize the water views of Lake Eola and the downtown skyline. The interior spaces were also specially designed to separate it from the other market competitors by integrating and an extensive artwork collection of paintings and sculptures in the resident lobby and lounge areas.

Construction was completed in 2007.
